This quaint cottage in the revitalized historic Nye Beach District of Newport has been completely remodeled, updated and made just as inviting as possible. It sits solid on the hill above the beach with just a hint of an ocean view between the houses across the street.
The bright and cheery feeling is complete with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two queen beds and the added queen sleeper sofa make sleeping for six ideal. Add the full-sized laundry room for those extra cleanings usually needed at the beach.
A spacious dining room and kitchen are as up-to-date as possible--bright and cheery. Complete with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for whenever snack time hits. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate also provided.
Every amenity and extra is here! Old hardwood floors, cheerful painted walls and new white woodwork greet the guest in this immaculate, open and fully furnished home. Modern leather sofa to old-world charm in quaint little nooks make every minute of your visit a treasure-filled time. The new front deck with built-in seating and wonderful sights and scents of the new spring plants, make for more relaxation than you ever thought possible.
The spotless cottage has big windows and sits comfortably on the hill in the old town neighborhood of Nye Beach. It is an easy block walk to the beach, shops and great eating places.
